The USA-1002 model uses a brass manifold with a sight glass and three 152.4 cm hoses rated to 3000 PSI with 1/4" SAE x 45° 1/4" SAE fittings, while the USA-1004 model uses an aluminum manifold with a sight glass and three 152.4 cm hoses rated to 4000 PSI with 1/4" SAE x 60° 5/16" SAE fittings.
